For a long time, you did what you knew how to do in order to live.

It was necessary.

You built a life.

And, for a while, it worked.

Until what once worked could no longer hold you.

Sometimes all it takes is a small crack.

A discomfort that's hard to name.

A question that keeps returning.

Or one day, you simply realize

you no longer want to live this way.

And somehow…

that's what brought you here.

This is where movement begins.

Because what brings us here is rarely the whole story.

What else is asking to be seen?

Some things only reveal themselves

once they find a place.

And with them,

new possibilities begin to unfold.

Spaces

Spaces

Seeing yourself honestly isn't always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts. Other times, something begins to find its place. There will be moments for tenderness. Others for finding your fire again. And every now and then, we'll laugh at how absurd we can be.

THE INVITATION

A place to unfold yourself, in dialogue with all your complexities and layers. Through an integrative approach—drawing on somatic practices and expressive arts—you are guided in a profound process of self-discovery. Each session offers a space to inhabit your body, access its wisdom, and reconnect with your vitality and creative possibilities.

/ Individual Sessions

Most people arrive because something can no longer continue. But that's rarely why they stay. We won't look away from what brings you here. We'll find another way through it.

/ Couples Sessions

We often believe we know the person standing before us. Gradually, we stop seeing them. We respond to the image we've created— not to the person they are. Relationships change. They ask to be seen again.

/ Workshops

There is something unique about working in a group. What we recognize in others often reveals something in ourselves. Creating, too, is a way of understanding. The workshops are rooted in the Tamalpa Life/Art Process®, integrating movement, drawing, writing, dialogue, and performance as pathways for inquiry and transformation.

What interests me most is rarely the first thing that appears.

When someone enters this space, I don't stop at what hurts.

I'm interested in what has sustained them.

At what cost?

What they've protected.

For what purpose?

What they've had to leave behind.

I listen to words.

The body.

What has not yet found a way to speak.

There, silence finds its voice.

And that's where we meet.

And that's where we meet.

I never chose a linear path.

Nor did I ever belong entirely to one world.

I grew up in Venezuela, between cultures, international schools, and different languages.

Later, I lived in different countries across Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

My first field of study was Political Science.

I wanted to understand what holds a society together.

Then came education.

For years, it was my place.

I discovered that learning was never just about learning.

Later came art, movement, and psychology.

For a long time, I thought they were different paths.

Over time, I began to suspect they weren't.

None of them could stand on its own.

I didn't leave one search behind to begin another.

It was the same search all along.

It simply kept revealing new layers.

I have studied with rigor.

I have studied across many disciplines.

But above all, I have learned from people.

I have been fortunate to encounter teachers of extraordinary wisdom.

Their way of seeing still lives in mine.

If, after arriving here,

there is something

that deserves

to keep being seen,

let's meet.
